Ginka Hristova

Ginka Hristova is a lawyer, researcher, and advocate at the forefront of the intersection between artificial intelligence and law. With more than 15 years of legal experience, she has dedicated her career to making digital law and data privacy accessible and understandable. A graduate of Harvard’s online programs in Internet and Society, Copyright, and Data Privacy, Ginka went on to pursue a PhD in Data Privacy and AI, shaping national and European discussions on ethical AI and digital rights.
As co-founder of the International Legal Advice Center (ILAC), she empowers individuals and businesses to navigate the complex world of technology and regulation. Ginka has also served in working groups with Bulgaria’s Ministry of E-Governance and contributed to the EU’s ethical code on AI. Her passion lies in balancing innovation with regulation, ensuring that progress in technology never comes at the expense of human rights.
